Mercenary is a set of Expedition Cards in Rise of the Tomb Raider to be used in one of the Expeditions, like Score Attack, Chapter Replay, Chapter Replay Elite, Remnant Resistance and Endurance Mode. The card has different tiers, each of which with their own properties and score modifiers.
Mercenary I
Grants all tier 1 skills from the Brawler and Survivor Trees

- Score Modifier: -10%
- Skills: Brawler Upgrades: Tier One and Survivor Upgrades: Tier One
Mercenary II
Grants all tier 1 and 2 skills from the Brawler and Survivor skill trees

- Rarity: three stars
- Sell: 1600
- Score Modifier: -20%
- Upgrades: Brawler Upgrades: Tier One and Tier Two, Survivor Upgrades: Tier One and Tier Two
Mercenary III
Grants all skills from the Brawler and Survivor skill trees
Card Text
- Rarity: four stars
- Sell: 3200
- Score Modifier: -25%
- Upgrades: Brawler Upgrades and Survivor Upgrades
