The Silver Flask is one of the three Semper Fi to be found in Tomb Raider (2013). It is one of the many relics in the game.
This must have belonged to a US Marine. Were they on this island in force, or just an advance party?

A flask with a decorative eagle carving on one side, and with tally marks on the other side.
Historical Precedent
Semper Fi is the shortened form of the phrase "Semper fidelis", which is Latin for "Always Loyal" or "Always Faithful". The phrase often appears in the form of Semper Fi in US Marine contexts.[3]
