The V-Packer Spread Cartridges are ammunition for the V-Packer shotgun in The Angel of Darkness. They're first found in the level Derelict Apartment Block.
There's also another, more commonly found type of ammunition for the V-Packer, the V-Packer Standard Cartridges.
