V-Packer Spread Cartridges (yellow box)

The V-Packer Spread Cartridges are ammunition for the V-Packer shotgun in The Angel of Darkness. They're first found in the level Derelict Apartment Block.

There's also another, more commonly found type of ammunition for the V-Packer, the V-Packer Standard Cartridges.

There's a minor bug in The Angel of Darkness, which occasionally displays the V-Packer Spread Cartridges as an exactly same looking item as the V-Packer Standard Cartridges both in the inventory and on the ground.
