Isis is one of the playable characters in Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris.

She is the mother of Horus and accompanies him, Lara Croft, and Carter Bell on their quest to destroy the evil god Set and his minions.

In Egyptian mythology she is the goddess of birth and protector of the dead and goddess of children.

In addition to being a playable character in Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris, there are plenty of other references to Isis in the Tomb Raider Universe.
