The White Drum is an artifact in Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light.
Two of them can be obtained in the game. One is obtained by completing one of the Reward Challenges in the level Jaws of Death: "Collect 10 Red Skulls". Another is obtained by completing one of the Reward Challenges in the level Belly of the Beast: "Step on all 11 spider tiles".
Artifacts affect your characters attributes in different ways both positively and negatively. Two artifacts can be equipped that boost the same attribute to give even greater strength.

Appearance
A mainly white-coloured, wooden-looking, ornamental drum.
Powers
When equipped, the White Drum affects positively to the effectiveness of Lara's or Totec's defense and speed. The White Drum doesn't have a negative effect.
