The Pendulum is an obstacle in Shadow of the Tomb Raider, in the tomb Howling Caves, in the Kuwaq Yaku region.
It can be set in motion by wind or, if it is one of the ones with rope wrapped around it, by using Rope Arrows.
The first of these pendulums has a protruding ledge that Lara can use to climb around it.
