The Music Box is an item found in the Top Cow Comics.

Paris D'Arsein, who adored Lara's mother, employed the finest makers of music boxes to get it modelled after her.

Lara wants this clock in exchange for the Medusa Mask which she retrieved for D'Arsein from a sunken ship.
