In every game you have an Inventory, where you can use Medipacks, pick Weapons, use and combine Artefacts, Goodies and other Tools.
In the first games (Tomb Raider 1 to 3) you could also save your game there and change the settings. Since The Last Revelation there was an extra Menu for this.
