Steve Blum (born April 28, 1965) voiced Tihocan in Tomb Raider Anniversary.
He is an American voice actor known for his roles in anime dubs and video games. In addition to these he has voiced in many animated series and films and he has also appeared in a documentary about voice acting called Adventures in Voice Acting.
