The Mural is an Puzzle object in Rise of the Tomb Raider. Murals can be found all over Syria and Siberia.
There are two different kinds of murals: Wall Paintings (or mosaics) and Plaques. The wall paintings are mostly hidden in niches and cover a complete wall. Plaques on the other hand are round with a bow pattern around them (Greek) or in the form of a Soviet star (Russian).
As part of the Translation System Lara can decipher monoliths by learning the necessary languages (Greek, Mongolian, Russian), which Lara can do by studying murals or finding Documents written in these languages or examining Relics.
