Arnaud is a character in The Angel of Darkness. He is one of Bouchard's men.
Physically, it appears as if a metal of some sort is growing from--or adhered to--his body and the bed he is laying in. This indicates that he is the victim of a Monstrum attack, one of the few that has been left alive.
Lara finds him in a bed in the level Bouchard's Hideout.
If you get close to him he makes a strange gargling noise.
