The Colossuem is the third level in Chronicles and part of the Rome adventure.
Part of this level also served as Demo-Level. (There you could find the Revolver and some Revolver Ammo in addition to the normal pickups in this level.)
Story
After getting hold of all the stones, Lara places them in their receptacles near the door in order to open it. She enters to investigate, but steps on a crumbling tile and slides down into the darkness.
