It's a Madhouse is the fifth level of The Lost Artefact. It's a zoo location. At the beginning Lara has to pick up the Hand of Rathmore again. You will meet Monkeys, White Tigers, Piranhas, Vultures and Mutants.
Look out for the three Jeanne D'Arc Statues and the Citroen 2CV.
