These Spike Walls are a special form of the Spike Trap.
They were used in Tomb Raider II, III, Golden Mask, and Lost Artefact as well as some Custom Levels.
There's no way to get past them but run away or find shelter quickly. They usually come after you pull a lever or enter a room.
Note
By using the Cheat for all ammo & medipacks, you can feed a lot of them to Lara, while the wall goes through her. If you've done it correctly, she should still be alive and ready for the next task.
