Chompy is the nickname of a creature in Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light. It serves as a kind of boss in the level Jaws of Death, chasing Lara - and when playing the Multi Player Mode Totec - down a trap filled bridge. It can be beaten by using the environment against it.
For beating Chompy you get a Trophy/Achievement.
