It can be reached from the Coastal Ruins level.
Inside the catacombs Lara will encounter Skeletons. She can use ancient lifts. Her task is to collect four Tridents for use in the Temple of Poseidon.

Information on Catacombs
The original catacombs are buried beneath the Basilica of San Sebastiano in Rome.
