'''LLamas''' are a common sight in South America. They are fairly big (height up to 1.8 meters / 5.9 feet) mammals, and distantly related to the camels. They are not to be confused with Alpacas, who are noticeably smaller. Both are closely related to the Vicuña, which is believed to be the wild ancestor of all new world camelids.

Lara petting a LLama in Paititi

Llamas are a common sight in South America. They are fairly big (height up to 1.8 meters / 5.9 feet) mammals, and distantly related to the camels. They are not to be confused with Alpacas, who are noticeably smaller. Both are closely related to the Vicuña, which is believed to be the wild ancestor of all new world camelids.

Llamas in Shadow of the Tomb Raider

In Shadow of the Tomb Raider Lara can find Llamas in the hidden city of Paititi. The Llamas in the game are quite tame and Lara can even interact with them and pet them. The inhabitants of Paititi probably keep them because of their wool.
