Right before the upcoming 20th Anniversary of Tomb Raider II TombraiderDOX published a demo of their fan-made remake.

The complete game, featuring high resolution textures, will retell the epic story of Lara's search for the Dagger of Xian. For now, with this demo, only a part of the Great Wall of China section is playable.

The demo uses the Unreal Engine 4 and some of the original sound files from the LAU games.

System Requirements

  • Windows 7 or higher, 64 bit
  • Graphic card with DirectX 11
  • 4GB RAM, 8GB strongly recommended
  • 6GB free hard disk space

The downloadable RAR file is 1.8 GB in size and needs to be decompressed first.
