The base is the fourth level in Tomb Raider Chronicles. It is the first level of the Russia Section.
Lara has to find a way onto the submarine which is about to leave. You need to find the A Fuse and use it.
You will encounter Russian Guards, German Shepherd Dog and Russian Snipers.

Story
After speaking with Kane Lara prepares to infiltrate a Russian military base. Though trying to stay silent, the heroine is discovered and the workers in the base sound an alarm, forcing Lara to take a less subtle approach. While moving around the harbor next to the base, she overhears a discussion between Admiral Yarofev and a mafia boss. Hearing that an artefact may be involved, Lara follows the two and stows in their submarine.
