Manfred Powell is a the main villain in the first Tomb Raider Movie, Lara Croft: Tomb Raider. He is a member of the Illuminati and is trying to get the Triangle of Light for himself.
After Lara has shown her father's old friend Mr. Wilson the mysterious clock, also known as the All-Seeing Eye, he calls her and tells her that he has given Manfred Powell her name and number and that she should see him about the artefact. On the next day she drives her Aston Martin to London, where Powell lives. He owns a large house which makes Lara wonder what he does for a living. His associate Mr. Pimms tells her that Powell is a lawyer.
