The Fiamma Nera Brawlers are part of the group of Bartoli's Mercenaries and make their appearance in Tomb Raider II and The Golden Mask. They first appear in Venice and are sometimes accompanied by a Doberman. They attack Lara by hitting her with a stick or steel bat. These goons can climb on boxes or other short surfaces.

- The brawlers encountered in Venice wear faded grey-blue camouflage trousers, a black long-sleeve shirt with the Fiamma Nera logo on the upper arm and a brown vest.
- The brawlers in Bartoli's Hideout wear a white muscle shirt, black pants and a black cap with the Fiamma Nera logo.
- The brawlers on the Offshore Rig wear a long-sleeved black shirt with the Fiamma Nera logo on the left chest. Their head is covered with a red bandana with black and white markings. They wear blue camouflage trousers, black boots with red laces and a brown belt with pockets.
