Spike walls appear in tomb raider2,3, golden mask, and lost artefact.
There's no way to get past them but ran away or find shleter quickly. They usually come after you pull a lever or enter a room.
Note:by usuing the cheat for all ammo& medipaks, you can fee a lot of them to lara while the wall goes through her. If you've done it correctly she should still be alive and ready for the next task.
