The Ornate Key is found in the Opera House in Tomb Raider 2. Two are found.
Ornate Key 1
The first Ornate Key is located below a trapdoor in the outside vicinity where Lara begins the level. It is guarded by a lone Brawler. It unlocks a door to the Opera House roof.
Ornate Key 2
The second Ornate Key is located in the Opera House's ventilation system. It is needed in order to return to the control room area, where the Circuit Board needs to be utilized.
