The first and only time Falling Swords appeared in Tomb Raider was at St. Francis' Folly through the door of Damocles. They made a reappearence in Tomb Raider Anniversary. They will fall from the top of the room, and can instant kill Lara. To avoid them, just walk slowly and carefully.
