The Falling Swords are traps encountered in Tomb Raider and its remake Tomb Raider Anniversary.
Tomb Raider
The first and only time Falling Swords appeared in Tomb Raider was at St. Francis' Folly through the door of Damocles. They made a reappearence in Tomb Raider Anniversary. They will fall from the top of the room, and can instant kill Lara. To avoid them, just walk slowly and carefully.
