Louis Bouchard is a czar of the Parisian Underworld and owner of Le Serpent Rouge, a nightclub in a seedy back street quarter of Paris. He has a reputation for ruthless and opportunistic violence on a large scale. Bouchard runs illicit operations throughout the capital.
In the game Bouchard's people capture Lara to get the Obscura Painting she has collected in the Hall of Seasons. But Lara doesn't find out until later in Prague. Bouchard also sends a killer after Lara in Von Croy's Apartement
