The Rusty Key is a key found twice in Tomb Raider 2. The first one is found in The Great Wall and the second one is found in Wreck of the Maria Doria. Both unlock doors.

The Great Wall Rusty Key
Key Location
The Great Wall Rusty Key is found at the top of a ladder in the second guardhouse. It is guarded by a lone spider.
Function
It unlocks the nearby door, in the same room
The Wreck of the Maria Doria Rusty Key
Key Location
This Rusty Key is found below a movable box in a room with a high switch. It is guarded by a lone Brawler. The switch opens the exit (the box must then be moved to pull the switch), where the Receptacle is.
Function
Opens another door in the five-door corridor. Beyond is another box room, followed by a boat area.
