The Tomb Raider Comics are published by Top Cow. After a long struggle for the rights, they finally got the deal. But before that the french publisher Glenat got the ok from Eidos France and they made a comic called "Dark Eons", which was finally released in 1999. This comic was taken off the market.

In 1997 the first Witchblade/Tomb Raider crossover was released and with it started a long list of Tomb Raider comics.

In 1999 Lara Croft finally got her own first series, which ended in 2004 with Issue 50.


A second series was planned to launch with Tomb Raider Legend, but it hasn't happened yet.


Next to that there was a short series of 12 issues called Journeys, and a couple of one shots: Epiphany, Takeover, Arabian Nights, Origins, The Greatest Treasure of All, Scarfaces Treasure.

There were also some more Crossovers including Witchblade, Fathom, Darkness, Evo...
