To successfully using the '''Cheats''' in [[The Last Revelation]] Lara has to be facing directly north. The easiest way to do this is to find a block that's high enough for Lara to grab its ledges, and grab it from its southern ledge. The [[compass]] points to the direction Lara is facing - not to the direction the camera is facing. To see whether Lara is facing north correctly, open the [[inventory]] screen and take a look at the compass on the left. If everything is right, the needle of the compass should have turned transparent (this happens on most graphic cards).
