In Angel of Darkness a small medipack is more powerful:
Contains limited medication. Restores health 60%.

In Tomb Raider Anniversary Small Medipacks restore a quarter of Lara's health:
Small health pack. A staple of the rough-and-rugged adventurer, Medipacks allow Lara to treat her injuries in the field. When used, this will replenish a quarter of Lara's health.
